You need to contact AMIC and send an enquiry with your drawings and detail requirements for a quote. If you accept the quote you can sign off the contract with the supplier.
HOW TO JOIN AMIC? MAY I LIST MY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE?
You need to contact and apply partnership to join AMIC. Only products and services of AMIC partners can be listed on the platform after AMIC assessment. Your products can be power generation units, or products and services related to power generation.
HOW TO JOIN AMIC AS AN AGENT?
You need to contact AMIC, apply AMIC broker certificate and sign off agreement to join AMIC as an agent.
WHAT IS FUND PROTECTION SCHEME? HOW DOES AMIC PROTECT BUYERS AND SELLERS?
Fund protection scheme will freeze the fund on the platform. After the product or service delivered according to the contract, the buyer has cooling time of 3 weeks, in this cooling time of 3 weeks the buyer can request one extra cooling time to postpone the fund transfer to the seller. If the buyer did not request extra cooling time or accepted the deliverables (product or service), the fund will be transferred to the seller.
Fund protection scheme is not compulsory. You can select trade out of fund protection scheme and take the risk by yourself if both parties agree.
WHAT TO DO IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE?
First you can complain to AMIC if you are not happy with the product or service received and list the reasons. This will be added to the seller's record if the seller can not sort it out.
Second you can apply for the platform tribunal. The fund will keep freezing until the buyer and seller reach an agreement if the application submitted before the fund transferred to seller.
